General Comments:
Explanation of (6): All of our patients are USC students who have paid a student health fee. This is a capitated fee that covers most health center services, similar to an HMO. All USC students taking over 6 units are required to be covered by health insurance as well, and many are covered by the USC Student Health Insurance plan. The health center acts as the gatekeeper for the patients in the USC Student Health Insurance plan.
