General Comments:
SECTION 4 (51. thru 65.) Explanation: The statistics state the number of hours that the Emergency Services Department was on diversion because all beds were full. The Emergency Services Department was never closed. When all hospitals, including Redlands Community Hospital, were on saturation, the Emergency Services Department still received 75% of the ambulances. All walk in patients received care and treatment.
